At DellaFaves.store, every item is made on demand with care. Because each product is custom‑produced, we offer returns and refunds under the conditions below.

1. Order Issues (Damaged, Defective, Wrong Item)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

  • A brief description

We will replace the item at no cost or issue a refund.


2. Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse

Because all items are custom‑made, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • change of mind

  • ordering the wrong model

  • personal preference

  • accidental orders

Please double‑check your phone model before placing your order.


3. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a solution.


4. Incorrect Address

If the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete, we cannot offer refunds. We may resend the order once the correct address is provided (fees may apply).


5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
