What products do you offer?

DellaFaves.store offers carefully selected, lowrisk, custommade items such as phone cases and mugs. Each product is created on demand to ensure quality and uniqueness.

Are your products customizable?

Yes. Many items include custom artwork or personalized elements. Once you approve the artwork preview, the order becomes final.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each item is custommade, all sales are final once the artwork preview is approved. No returns or exchanges are accepted for:

  • customized items
  • approved artwork
  • sale items
  • print variations

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at dellafaves.support@gmail.com within 7 days. Include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the issue
  • a short description

We will replace the item at no cost.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only issued for:

  • damaged items
  • defective items
  • incorrect items

No refunds are issued for:

  • approved artwork
  • custom items
  • buyer’s remorse
  • print variations
  • sale items

How long does shipping take?

Processing time: 2–5 business days Shipping time: 5–8 business days, depending on destination. Shipping is always free.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet.

What if I entered the wrong address?

If the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, we cannot process the order or offer refunds. We may resend the order once the correct address is provided (fees may apply).

Do you provide gift wrapping?

No, we do not offer gift wrapping at this time.
